How to use this list
Set Modding Framework to oxide on the Startup tab, then paste the names you want into Oxide plugins (uMod names), separated by commas. The server downloads them from umod.org at the next start and updates them at every restart. The Rust guide has the full steps.
Plugins are made by their authors on uMod, not by PlayDubious; read a plugin's page before you add it, and keep the list short at first. Download counts below are from umod.org on the day this page was built.

Settings and permissions
After the first start, each plugin writes its settings to oxide/config/ and most expose permissions you grant from the console with oxide.grant. Open the plugin's page on umod.org for its commands and permissions. If a plugin misbehaves, remove its name from the list and restart; its file is left in place, so delete oxide/plugins/<Name>.cs on the Files tab to unload it.
