Setup is automatic and usually takes a few minutes. When it finishes we email you a welcome message with your connect address and panel login.

Month to month. Cancel anytime from the billing portal or by email. If it is not working for you, email us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund. Prices are in USD, with no setup fee on any plan.

Questions
How do I pay, and when am I billed?
You pay by card through Stripe. You are billed monthly on the day you order, and the plan renews until you cancel.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Use the billing portal link in your receipt email, or email [email protected]. Your server keeps running until the end of the month you already paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
If it does not work for you, email us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund. After that we do not refund partial months. See the refund and cancellation policy.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Email [email protected] and we will move you to the new plan. Stripe prorates the price change.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, with the Custom domain set-up add-on ($5 one-time). We set up an SRV or CNAME record so your domain points at the server.
Where are the servers?
Your server runs on one of our cloud nodes in the United States. More regions may come as we grow.
Can I use my own mods and modpacks?
Yes. Upload your own mods and modpacks with the file manager or SFTP, and install plugins from Modrinth in the panel.
