Panel and service features
What every plan includes: a web control panel with the tools to run your server yourself, and the service around it. The limits are stated plainly at the end.
In the control panel
- ConsoleWatch the server output and run commands from your browser.
- File managerEdit config files and upload your own mods and modpacks.
- SFTPUse any SFTP client for bigger uploads and downloads.
- BackupsNightly backups, with 2 to 5 backup slots depending on the plan. The +5 backup slots add-on is $3/mo, added by email.
- SchedulesRun tasks on a timer. The automatic nightly restart runs with in-game warnings where the game supports it.
- Startup and game settingsChange the settings your game exposes, such as world size and seed for Rust, rates and difficulty for ARK, or serverDZ.cfg for DayZ.
- Sub-usersLet friends or co-admins help run the server with their own logins.
- Network and allocationsSee the address and ports for your server. A Dedicated IPv4 add-on is $3/mo.
- Activity logSee a log of actions taken on your server.
- Two-step verificationAdd a second step to your panel login.

Limits, stated plainly
- One region: United StatesServers run on our cloud nodes in the United States. More regions may come as we grow.
- No phone supportSupport is by email and Discord. There is no phone line.
- Plan changes by emailWe move you to the new plan after you email [email protected], and Stripe prorates the price change.
